OBC Non Creamy Layer: OBC Category is mainly divided into two layers, Non-Creamy Layer(OBC NCL) and Creamy Layer OBC. Non-Creamy is the layer in which the categorized members are less privileged and having a low-income limit as compared to the OBC Creamy Layer.
