JEE Mains & NEET Exam 2020: Guideline Release by HRD Ministry: Earlier, Union HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ formed a panel to examine the situation of the NEET and JEE medical and engineering entrance examinations in the light of concerns about peaking in COVID-19 cases. Although the NEET Medical Entry Exam is scheduled for July 26, the JEE Engineering Entry Exam is scheduled for July 18-23. Recently, the National Testing Agency has reopened the NEET and JEE Main Exam 2020 correction windows on the official websites neet.nta.nic.in and remain.nta.nic.in, respectively, as of today, 4 July 2020. The request for correction to the center will end on 15 July 2020 at 11:50 PM on the official website.
HRD Ministry’s Guideline:
- Students will have to undergo a temperature check using a thermal scanner in the examination centers.
- As a precautionary measure, the Exam Invigilator should provide its Medical Certificate prior to the examination.
- Test area, doors, and entrance should be fully sanitized with a sanitizer.
- Hand sanitizers are required in all examination centers and the student will be provided with masks and hand gloves.
