HRD Ministry Panel Recommendation on JEE Mains & Neet Exam 2020 to be revealed today!!: In view of the proposal to postpone the JEE Main 2020 and NEET 2020 exams, the Ministry of Human Resources Development has now set up a committee to review the situation of the exams. The Committee is scheduled to submit its recommendations by tomorrow. The High-Level Panel will submit its recommendations to the Minister of Human Rights by tomorrow, after which a final announcement will be made. Student Protest For Holding Exams

Students around the country have been demonstrating against conducting exams at this point in time and demanding that the NEET and JEE exams be postponed. In response to these protests, the Telangana government has recently postponed all CETs in the state.

Minister of Human Resources (HRD) DR Ramesh Pokhriyal shared via a tweet that a panel consisting of NTA and other experts will study the situation of engineering entrance examinations due to an increase in Coronavirus cases across the world.

Committee Reports on JEE Mains & Neet Exam 2020

As a result of the prevailing circumstances and requests received from students attending the JEE and NEET exams, a committee consisting of @DG NTA and other experts was advised to review the situation and send their recommendations to the @HRDMinistry at the latest by tomorrow, the Minister of Education tweeted yesterday.

According to the sources, the Committee was asked to study the logistical aspects. It was also instructed to examine the safety and health of students at the exam centers, bearing in mind the number of coronavirus cases across the country, particularly in almost all major cities. The panel will be headed by NTA Director-General Vineet Joshi. The Panel is required to submit its report by today with the requisite recommendations. The HRD Ministry and the National Testing Agency will soon announce the final decision on the completion of the Engineering Entry Exam.
