CRPF Written Examination Guidelines: CRPF Admit Card
i) All identified examination centers will issue necessary directions to earmarked units/offices/institutions whose candidates are appearing at that particular center for dispatching aspirants well in time to appear in the written examination on the scheduled date.
ii) The Sector HQrs, under whose jurisdiction the recruitment centers fall, should issue instructions/directions to recruitment centers for smooth conduct of the written examination.
iii) Question booklet and OMR sheets will be supplied by Nodal Sector i.e. Central Sector on the basis of demand.
iv) I/Card will be treated as proof to prove the identity of the candidate. Before allowing candidates to enter the examination hall, the identification of candidates should be checked/call letters should be checked and they should be permitted to place their seat in the examination hall 30 minutes in advance from the start of the written examination.
v) Sealed packets will be opened on fixed date/time in the presence of candidates in examination centers.
vi) 15 Minutes The time will be given to the candidates to fill out the column of the OMR answer sheet, the Question Booklet, the directions on the OMR sheets and the briefing, etc. The Q/A booklet provided in the stapled form will not be opened during the 15 minutes duration.
vii) The invigilator detailed for conducting written examination should brief candidates to fill up correct/complete information in respective columns of the OMR answer sheet before sets of exams to avoid rejection during the scanning process. Besides, invigilators should also ensure that the above requirement is correctly filled up by each candidate while collecting the OMR sheet from candidates.
viii) Candidates should mark the correct answer by darkening only one 01 the choices in the OMR answer sheet.
ix) The OMR Answer sheets not bearing the name of the applicant, Roll Number, Language Choice Code, Type, Question Booklet Series Number, Series C de, Signature, etc. shall not be thoroughly and correctly measured in the required columns/boxes intended for this reason, and the Department shall award them zero marks for correspondence in this regard.
x) Candidate should not write irrelevant matter on answer sheets and should not be in possession of mobile phones, calculators, and other electronic gadgets/computing devices or any other devices, etc. in the examination hall, failing which his/her candidature shall be canceled.
